Brad and his team have been excellent.
Suggestions and variations to the original plan were logical and practical.
The variations were in our best interest and future comfort.

I had three ceiling fans installed by Concept Electrical and I am super happy! I dealt with Brenton over the phone and his customer service was amazing, he was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their online booking/quoting was easy to use as well, with brochures attached for different fan options/pricing. The electricians that installed the fans were very polite, arrived on time as well as being efficient and did not leave any mess at all. Would highly reccomend Concept Electrical!

I had the pleasure of having 2 of Concept Electrical's tradespeople in my residence to fit some detectors and a couple of appliance repairs. Ireland and H were thoroughly professional and informed and discussed the options of detector placement and when confronted with a different part for one of the appliances it was sourced very quickly with any fuss or bother. They cleaned up twice and you would never know they had been in my house. The price was very very reasonable and the service and execution of the job was excellent. Concept Electrical are now my Electricians of choice.
